ISTANBUL RAKI BRANDING
What we Actually do · Our target audience is everyone, from young to old,
who drink Raki in Turkey. In order to make this Turkish rakı special for Istanbul,
we serialize certain districts of Istanbul and present it to you.
I tried to make that series special to that district with the Fonts and colors in our series.
Behind the logo · Our Logo / Symbol takes its idea from Galata, which is seen as a symbol
of Istanbul. The abstract galata symbol placed on the inner surface of the logo and
the letter "R" below it represent Istanbul Raki.
My purpose here was to create a more abstract and simple logo while creating the logo.
Normally, when we thinks of Istanbul, confusion comes to mind,or logos related to old fonts
come to mind, but here I made a more minimal logo.
